Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping worldwide — US, Canada, and international. No minimum order required, no surprise charges at checkout.

How long does production take?
Every blanket is custom-made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

How long until my order arrives?
After production, delivery takes approximately:
• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• Europe / UK / Australia: 10–20 business days
• Rest of World: 14–28 business days

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the print facility.

Products

What are the blankets made of?
Our blankets are made from premium velveteen — an ultra-soft, plush fabric that's warm, cozy, and machine washable. Available in 50"×60" throw blanket size.

Are the designs printed on both sides?
Designs are printed on one side with a solid color reverse. The print quality is vibrant and fade-resistant.

Bundles

What's included in the bundle deals?
You can save up to 30% by purchasing two or three blankets together. Bundles are a great way to gift one and keep one — or collect multiple designs!

Can I mix designs in a bundle?
Yes! Each item in a bundle can be a different design. Just add them individually or use the bundle selector on the product page.

Returns & Issues

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We will make it right. Contact us at hello@blankieneko.com with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Do you accept returns?
Because every blanket is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. If your item is defective, incorrect, or not as described, we will replace it free of charge.
