Refund policy

Our Print-On-Demand Promise

Every Blankie Neko product is made just for you when you place your order. Because each item is custom-printed, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

We do stand fully behind the quality of what we ship. If something went wrong on our end, we will make it right.

What Qualifies for a Refund or Replacement

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your order arrives:

  • Damaged or defective
  • With a significant print quality issue (major color shift, bleed, or misprint)
  • As the wrong item (wrong design, wrong size, wrong product)

If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will file a claim and send a replacement or refund.

What We Cannot Refund

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Ordering the wrong size — please use the size guide on every listing before ordering
  • Minor color variation between your screen and the printed product (inherent to digital printing)

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email us at hello@blankieneko.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. A photo if the item is damaged, defective, or misprinted

We will get back to you within 1–2 business days. You can choose between a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

EU Customers

Custom and made-to-order products are exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off period under Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c). We still resolve all legitimate defect, damage, and wrong-item claims for EU customers under the same terms above.
