We offer free shipping on every order, everywhere — US, Canada, and international. No minimum order required.
Processing Time
Every Blankie Neko blanket is made to order just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Delivery Estimates

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the print facility.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@blankieneko.com with your order number and we will make it right.
Returns
Because each blanket is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrived defective or incorrect, we will replace it at no charge. See our FAQ for full details.
